MOAI LABS · GROWTH.OOO
Privacy policy
Effective and last updated: October 30, 2026
Growth.ooo is operated by Moai Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit growth.ooo, join our waitlist, request early access, or contact us.
You can use our site and join the waitlist without accepting optional analytics or advertising tracking. Use Cookie settings below to reject optional tracking or change your choices at any time. For privacy requests, email connor@growth.ooo.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your email address, website or product URL, signup details, and information you choose to include in messages or early-access requests.
- Visit and technical information: pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters, signup steps, timestamps, browser and device information, and IP addresses processed by our hosting, security, analytics, or advertising providers. Approximate location may be derived from an IP address.
- Optional analytics and advertising information: cookie or device identifiers, X ad-click identifiers, page and conversion events, and interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, and session activity when the corresponding tracking is enabled.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information in our signup form or website URL.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site, maintain the waitlist, provide requested previews or early access, respond to questions, send product and campaign updates, understand demand, troubleshoot issues, and improve Growth. With your permission, we also use optional tools to understand site usage, measure advertising performance, and support relevant advertising.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent for optional tracking and marketing, steps needed to provide services you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing our service and responding to you, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. X (Twitter) advertising and conversion tracking
With advertising tracking enabled, we work with X Corp. and its affiliates using the X Pixel and X Conversions API. These tools help connect visits and signups to our ads, measure conversions, create or measure audiences, and support ads targeted to people’s interests, including remarketing.
X and its partners may collect information directly from your browser through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including pages visited, ad-click IDs, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, and conversion activity. For a confirmed signup, we may also send X the signup time, event and conversion identifiers, the page URL without its query string, an X click ID, and a SHA-256-hashed version of your email address for matching and measurement. Hashing does not make an email identifier anonymous.
We do not send signup conversions to X unless you have enabled advertising tracking. We do not use sensitive personal information to create X advertising audiences or conversion events. X handles information it receives under its own policies and the terms applicable to its advertising products.
Read X’s Privacy Policy and cookie information. To opt out of X’s personalized advertising, open X Ads preferences and turn off “Personalized ads.” You can also use the Digital Advertising Alliance’s browser choice tool. See X’s opt-out instructions for account, browser, and mobile options. These choices do not remove all ads.
4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
Optional analytics and advertising tools stay off until you choose to enable them. Analytics includes Plausible for usage and conversion statistics and Microsoft Clarity for interaction analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may process interaction, device, and cookie data. We send Clarity your analytics and advertising storage choices.

5. Who receives information
We use service providers for hosting and security, data storage, operational spreadsheets, email delivery, analytics, and advertising. Signup records may be stored in our site database and Google Sheets. We use Google Workspace for correspondence. Providers receive information needed for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell contact lists. Sharing identifiers or activity with advertising providers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can reject advertising tracking in Cookie settings.
Some outreach emails use Mailsuite/Mailtrack to report opens or link clicks through pixels and tracked links. You can decline further marketing by replying to the email, using an unsubscribe option when provided, or contacting us. Email tracking is separate from this website’s cookie settings.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
- Website tracking: choose “Reject optional” on the privacy panel, or open “Cookie settings” in the footer to change analytics and advertising separately. Withdrawing consent stops optional tracking on subsequent page loads and clears the first-party optional cookies we can access. We cannot clear cookies stored on X or Microsoft domains.
- Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising tracking on this site, even if you previously enabled it.
- Browser controls: you can clear or block cookies and browser storage. Choices are browser-specific; clearing privacy settings may cause us to ask again.
- Your information: depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Email connor@growth.ooo to request these actions or appeal a response. We may need to verify your request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
7. Retention and security
We retain signup and correspondence information for as long as needed to manage the waitlist, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion or removal from the waitlist. We may retain limited records needed to honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use applicable transfer safeguards, including contractual protections or an available adequacy mechanism.
9. Children and other websites
Growth is intended for adults building and marketing products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Other websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. For questions or privacy requests, contact Moai Labs at connor@growth.ooo, and mention growth.ooo.
